About

Information and tactics, not opinions.

Infotactica publishes short, practical assets for digital leaders applying AI at scale: case files, tools and briefings that you can read quickly, trust, and use straight away.

Leaders responsible for AI are not short of commentary. They are short of time, and of evidence they can rely on when a decision is due. Infotactica is designed for that moment: the board paper, the investment decision, the workshop with a team that needs to agree what to do next.

Every asset is built around a simple test: would a busy, sceptical senior leader find it accurate, quick to use, and directly relevant to a decision they face? If not, we do not publish it.

Our standard

Every asset meets four tests before it is published, and is reviewed as facts change.

1Sourced

Every figure links to a primary or reputable source, with its date.

2Real quotations

Quotations are verbatim, from named people, and linked to where they were said.

3Honest about gaps

Projections are labelled as projections. Where the evidence runs out, we say so.

4Dated

Each asset shows when its facts were last checked.

A practical companion to the AI-at-Scale Playbook

The AI-at-Scale Playbook sets out how to deliver AI at scale, organised around risk, trust and value. Infotactica uses the same three themes, and provides the cases and tools to apply the playbook in practice.
